Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Krsnaa Diagnostics has informed that it enclosed copies of notice given to the Members of the Company in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the Rules issued thereunder, and the Listing Regulations, informing them about the resolution proposed to be passed by Postal Ballot through e-voting process only and details thereof. The advertisements published today, March 17, 2026, in the newspapers: Financial Express, English newspaper and Loksatta, Marathi newspaper. This will also be hosted on Company’s website at www.krsnaadiagnostics.com/investors.
