Sansera Engineering informs about closing of trading window
In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 including amendments if any, and as per the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct', Sansera Engineering has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the designated persons/ employees and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of financial results of the company for the quarter (Q4FY26) and year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company inter alia, to approve the financial results of the Company for the aforesaid period will be intimated separately in due course of time.
