Bosch, Tata Autocomp Systems to form joint venture company

Bosch has received approval to enter into a joint venture (JV) agreement with Tata Autocomp Systems for the formation of a joint venture company in India in the ratio of 50:50 to carry on the business of manufacture, sale, and after-sales service of e-axles and electric traction motors and any other products.
