Kizi Apparels submits intimation of in-principle approval for issue of warrants
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Kizi Apparels has informed that BSE has, vide its letter Ref: LOD/PREF/MV/FIP/1899/2025-26 dated 17th March, 2026, has granted in-principle approval for the issue of 25,08,000 warrants convertible into 25,08,000 Equity Shares of the Company of Rs 10 each at a price not less than Rs 15.50 each each to Promoter and Non-Promoters on a preferential basis. A copy of the in-principle approval letter received from BSE is enclosed.
