UGRO Capital raises Rs 45 crore through NCDs
The Debentures are proposed to be listed on BSE
UGRO Capital has raised Rs 45 crore through the allotment of 45,000 Listed, Rated, Senior, Secured, Transferable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) denominated in Indian Rupees (INR), each having face value of Rs 10,000 through private placement. The Debentures are proposed to be listed on BSE. The Investment and Borrowing Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company (Committee) on March 18, 2026 has approved allotment of the same.
UGRO Capital is a BSE listed, small business lending fintech platform.
