Dhruv Consultancy Services informs about disclosure
In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended, Dhruv Consultancy Services has informed that, vide letter dated 17th March 2026 & as received by the Company on 18th March, 2026, the Company has been ranked at ‘Sr. No 6’ out of 57 nation-wide consultants by NHAI. NHAI (‘the Authority’) has undertaken an exercise for performance evaluation and rating of AE/IE Consultants and arrived at the list covering the rating of its consultants. The said assessment was carried out by NHAI on the basis of transparency, quality and continuous improvement in consultancy services towards the Authority. The SEBI Circular having number SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD2/P/CIR/2025/25 dated February 25, 2025, is not applicable for the present disclosure.
