Bond yields traded flat on Wednesday amid the crisis in West Asia, a major source of India’s energy procurement, External Affairs Minister S. In the global market, the yield on the US 10-year Treasury note edged down on Tuesday, as traders braced for the Federal Reserve’s two-day policy meeting amid an escalation in the conflict with Iran.
Back home, the yields on new 10 year Government Stock were trading flat with its previous close of 6.71% on Tuesday.
The benchmark five-year interest rates were trading flat from its previous close of 6.41% on Tuesday.
