Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and based on Recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and based on its own consideration the Board of Directors at its Meeting held today i.e. March 13th 2026, Thinkink Picturez has approved following agenda: Approved the resignation of Sunny Jagpatrai Rai (DIN: 10742820) as an Additional Non Executive Independent Director with effect from 13th March, 2026; and approved the appointment of Ekta Kukadiya (DIN: 11570887) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from 13th March, 2026. Further, based on confirmation received from all of the above stated persons, neither of them is related to any other existing Directors of the Company and are not debarred from holding the office by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other authority.
