Emkay Global Financial Services board approves listing of equity shares
Emkay Global Financial Services has informed that National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) vide its letter dated March 17, 2026 having reference number NSE/LIST/53859 and BSE (BSE) vide its letter dated March 17, 2026 having reference number LOD/PREF/PR/FIP/1904/2025-26 (collectively referred as Stock Exchanges) have granted listing approval to 2,78,300 (Two Lakh Seventy Eight Thousand Three Hundred) equity shares of face value of Rs 10 (Rupees Ten only) each allotted to promoter, pursuant to conversion of warrants issued on preferential basis. The in-principle listing approval letters received from the BSE and NSE are enclosed.
