The said Project is registered with Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority [Current phase(s) launch RERA Registration nos. are PM1181012502957 and PR1181012502956, RERA registration for future phase(s) will be obtained as and when the same are launched from time to time). The details of the Project registered with RERA is available at https://maharera.maharashtra.gov.in/. The details as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30 January 2026 (as amended) is enclosed.
