Shree Refrigerations gains on entering into TASP agreement with Danfoss LLC

This agreement enables the Company to become a Turbocor Authorised Service Partner and undertake repair of the Danfoss Turbocor compressors locally

Shree Refrigerations is currently trading at Rs. 190.95, up by 2.20 points or 1.17% from its previous closing of Rs. 188.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 188.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 190.95 and Rs. 185.00 respectively. So far 38500 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 311.50 on 08-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 153.00 on 07-Aug-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 190.00 and Rs. 171.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 659.88 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 44.60%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.88% and 45.52% respectively.

Shree Refrigerations has entered into a Turbocor Authorized Service Partner (TASP) Agreement with Danfoss LLC, USA. Further, this agreement enables the Company to become a Turbocor Authorised Service Partner and undertake repair of the Danfoss Turbocor compressors locally. This will be the first and only such center, presently, for the region.

Shree Refrigerations is engaged in the business of manufacturing chillers, refrigeration and air conditioning appliances and other parts of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) Industry, offering array of advanced systems and equipment to industries majorly in domestic market.
