CG Power and Industrial Solutions inform about changes in senior management personnel
CG Power and Industrial Solutions has informed that Sriram Rangarajan, Executive Vice President, SBU Head Consumer Product Business of the Company has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company effective from the close of business hours on 19th March, 2026, due to personal reasons. Accordingly, Sriram ceases to be part of the Senior Management Personnel of the Company. The copy of the resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure B. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular Ref. No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 are provided in ‘Annexure A’.
