Raghuvansh Agrofarms informs about trading window closure
Raghuvansh Agrofarms has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the financial year ending 31st March, 2026. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the said financial results shall be intimated separately in due course.
