Mphasis has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for the designated persons with effect from Monday, March 23, 2026 and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, will be communicated separately.
