Pursuant to the provisions of regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Kokuyo Camlin has submitted the disclosure regarding the order received from the DS Income Tax, assessment unit, Income Tax Department, National faceless unit, India pertaining to demand of Income tax along with interest and penalty. The details of the above order as required under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations are enclosed. Today being the first working day after receipt of the said order, the information is being submitted today.
