Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Eco Recycling has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held as on March 21, 2026 has appointed CA Uttam Prakashji Agarwal (DIN: 00272983), as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) with effect from March, 21, 2026, Subject to the approval of the shareholders in ensuing general meeting. The requisite disclosure as required under Regulation 30 read along with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as ‘Annexure-A’.
