LMW informs about trading window closure period
In compliance with the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, LMW has informed that the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 01st April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026 will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid trading window closure period.
