HB Portfolio informs about closure of trading window
HB Portfolio has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in Equity Shares of HB Portfolio (‘the Company’) shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and/or their immediate relatives from 01st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone & Consolidated) for the last quarter and Financial Year ending on 31st March, 2026. The date of Board Meeting of the Company proposed to be held to consider and approve the aforesaid Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
