Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure has informed that, pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and also in compliance with Clause 4 of Schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed for Insiders/ Designated persons from April 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter & year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting in which the financial results are to be approved will be informed in due course. The aforesaid information is also being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.kesarinfra.com.
