Accordingly, all the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives have been intimated not to trade in the Company’s securities during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting to be convened for considering and approving the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ending March 31, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
