Aditya Birla Real Estate has informed that the Additional Commissioner (CGST & C. Ex.), Office of the Commissioner of CGST & Central Excise, Mumbai Central, Mumbai has issued an Order dated 17th March, 2026, received by the Company on 23rd March, 2026, demanding additional GST liability, interest and penalty in respect of Input Tax Credit availed by the Company. The details required under Regulation 30 read with sub-para 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular are given in Annexure A.
