CESC’s subsidiary -- Purvah Green Power has incorporated two wholly owned subsidiaries named Purvah Ecoenergy Solutions and Purvah Power Ventures on March 24, 2026. Both subsidiaries will explore opportunities in the renewable power sector.
Earlier, the company’s subsidiary -- Purvah Green Power had incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary Company named ‘Purvah Poweredge’.
CESC is engaged in power generation and distribution in state of West Bengal. The company is a fully integrated power utility with its operation spanning the entire value chain right from mining coal, generating power and distribution of power.
