Kotak Mahindra Bank’s arm completes stake sale in Infina Finance

Infina has ceased to be an associate company of the Bank on March 24, 2026

Kotak Mahindra Bank’s wholly-owned subsidiary -- Kotak Mahindra Capital Company (KMCC) has completed stake sale in Infina Finance (Infina). Accordingly, Infina has ceased to be an associate company of the Bank on March 24, 2026. 

KMCC has divested 2,17,899 equity shares, representing 9.90% of the share capital of Infina, to Derive Trading and Resorts and Bright Star Investments. KMCC has also transferred 2,66,321 equity shares, representing 12.10% of the share capital of Infina, to the Estate of Shri Rakesh Jhunjhunwala through its Trusts and KMCC has divested 1,97,870 equity shares, representing 8.99% of the share capital of Infina, to KF Trust, an existing shareholder of Infina.
