Andhra Petrochemicals has informed that Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement / declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Year ended 31.3.2026. The date of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Audited Financial Results for the Year ended 31st March, 2026 will be communicated separately in due course.
