The State Trading Corporation of India informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the relevant provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, The State Trading Corporation of India has informed that the 'trading window' for dealing in securities of the company shall continue to remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & financial year ending on March 31,2026 are made public. The date of Board Meeting of the Company, in which Audited Financial Results for the quarter & financial year ending on March 31, 2026, would be considered, shall be intimated in due course. During the closure of Trading Window, insiders have been advised not to deal in the shares of the company.
