Mukand informs about closure of trading window
Mukand has informed that as per Clause 4 and 5 of the ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons’ adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing with Securities of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the dissemination of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. Intimation of the Board Meeting will be sent separately.
