Shervani Industrial Syndicate has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives on and from 01st April, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours from the declaration of Audited Financial Result of the Company for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2026. The date of Board Meeting in which results would be considered shall be intimated in due course. The Designated Persons are being intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
