Baroda Rayon Corporation has informed that in pursuance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by all insiders/Designated Person(s) and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board meeting shall be intimated.
