The date of Board meeting for consideration and declaration of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and Employees of the Company have been intimated not to trade in Equity Shares of the Company during the stated period.
