Sar Auto Products informs about closure of trading window
Sar Auto Products has informed that as per the SEBI [Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015 and amendments thereto and as per policy on code of conduct for prevention of insider trading and fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 01st April, 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of audited financial results by the Company for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026. The company has informed that the date of Board Meeting to be held for the consideration and declaration of audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026 shall be communicate in due course of time.
