Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, M K Proteins has informed that the Trading Window for transactions in Shares of the Company for all the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters, designated persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall remain closed from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of Board Meeting for the consideration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026 will be intimated in due course of time.
