In terms of the Company's Code of conduct for prevention of insider trading in the securities the company, framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, BF Investment has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for Designated Persons (and their immediate relatives) and specified Connected Persons of the Company to deal in Securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours, after the audited financial results of the Company, for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 become generally available.
