Borosil informs about closure of trading window
Borosil has informed that as per the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Monitoring and Prevention of Insider Trading’, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including any amendment(s), modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereto), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) from April 01, 2026, till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. The date of the Board meeting for consideration and approval of the said Financial Results will be intimated separately.
