Palred Technologies has informed that as per the Company's minimum Standards Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and pursuant to NSE circular no.: NSE/CML/2019/11 and BSE Circular Ref No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April 2019 on the provisions of Clause 4 of the Schedule B of the PIT regulations, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed on and from 1st April, 2026 and will reopen after completion of 48 hours from the declaration of Audited Financial results for the quarter and year ending 31.03.2026 by the Board of Directors of the Company. Accordingly. all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window Furthermore, the date of Board Meeting for considering the said Audited Financial results for the quarter and year ending 31.03.2026 shall be intimated in due course.
