Ginni Filaments informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Ginni Filaments has informed that trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company by its Designated persons, their immediate relatives and other Insiders of the Company, as covered under the Company's Code of Conduct shall remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated in due course.
