Medi Assist Healthcare Services informs about closure of trading window
Medi Assist Healthcare Services has informed that in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and/ or their immediate relatives shall be closed from April 01, 2026 till the end of 48 (forty eight) hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the audited financial results shall be intimated in due course.
