Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, The Federal Bank has informed that the Bank has received orders from the Income Tax Department, Corporate Circle 2 (1), Kochi on March 27, 2026., issued under Section 254 of the Income Tax Act, 1961, giving effect to the Hon’ble ITAT order dated August 13 2024, through orders dated March 26, 2026.
