In terms of the applicable provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and trading restrictions placed by the Company's Code of Practices, Procedure and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders (‘the Code’), Jyoti Resins and Adhesives has informed that the Trading Window for purchasing / selling or dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company, will remain closed for all Insiders, Directors, Promoters and Designated Persons of the Company from April 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Year ended on 31st March, 2026 and the trading window shall re-open thereafter.

The date of Board Meeting for approval of the Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Year ended on March 31, 2026, will be announced in due course.
