Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting trading by the Promoters, Promoter Group, Directors, Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their relatives, The Indian Hume Pipe Company has informed that the Trading Window of the Company for dealing in the Company's shares by the Promoters, Promoter Group, Directors, Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their Relatives will be closed from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ending 31st March, 2026.
