Honda India Power Products informs about notice of postal ballot
Honda India Power Products has informed that it enclosed the Notice of Postal Ballot which has been sent to the members of the Company, seeking their approval through electronic voting on the resolutions set out therein. The aforesaid Notice is available for inspection at the Company's Registered Office and has also been uploaded on the Company's website at www.hondaindiapower.com. The results of the Postal Ballot will be declared on or before May 04, 2026 and will be intimated to the Stock Exchanges, where the equity shares of the Company are listed, within the prescribed timelines.
