CreditAccess Grameen informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, CreditAccess Grameen has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct and Fair Disclosure for Prohibition of Insider Trading, CreditAccess Grameen the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, from April 01, 2026 until 48 hours after the publication of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.
