NDR Auto Components informs about closure of trading window
In Compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time) and pursuant to the Company’s ‘Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders’, NDR Auto Components has informed that the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed for all the Designated Persons, Connected Persons and Insiders, to whom the code is applicable, with effect from April 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board meeting will be intimated in due course.
