Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ADC India Communications has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, to consider and approve, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026 till Saturday, May 23, 2026.
