Mipco Seamless Rings Gujarat has informed that pursuant to the clause 4 (2) of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, as amended from time to time, read with Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons, the trading window for dealing in the securities of Mipco Seamless Rings (Gujarat) will remain closed from start of business hours of 1st April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2026 for all designated persons and their immediate relatives covered under the said Code.
