Response Informatics has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company's Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting trading by Insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ending on 31st March, 2026 for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all the connected persons covered under the said Code. Further, pursuant to SEBI circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated 19th July, 2023, the Company has ensured freezing the PAN of all the Designated Persons (DPs) and their immediate relatives during the period of trading window closure. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ending on 31 March, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
