Ramkrishna Forgings informs about closure of trading window
Ramkrishna Forgings has informed that in compliance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company’s Code on Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Wednesday, 1 April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year Ended 31 March, 2026 to the Stock Exchanges, where the equity shares of the Company are listed. Copy of the same shall also be available on the website of the Company at www.ramkrishnaforgings.com.
