Birla Transasia Carpets has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till completion of 48 hours after declaration of the audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on March 31, 2026. All the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs), Designated Employees of the Company and their immediate relatives have been informed not to trade/ deal in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. Further, the date of Board Meeting for declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter ending on March 31, 2026 shall be intimated in due course.
