Federal Bank has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Bank shall be closed for all the Designated Persons, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees etc., of the Bank and their immediate relatives and for other connected persons with effect from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter/Year ending March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting of the Bank for declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter/Year ending March 31, 2026, will be intimated in due course.
