Danube Industries informs about closure of trading window
Danube Industries has informed that in terms of Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities and Policy for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed for all Designated Persons (including Directors and Promoters) and their relatives, from April 01, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026.
