Sampat Aluminium has informed that the Trading Window for purchasing / selling or dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company, will remain closed for all Insiders, Directors, Promoters and Designated Persons of the Company from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the half year and year ended on 31st March, 2026. The date of Board Meeting for approval of the Financial Results for the half year and Year ended on 31st March, 2026, will be announced in due course.
